HumansLikeStuff Privacy Notice
Last updated: August 24, 2026
HumansLikeStuff (“HLS”) is an agent-first, manually operated pilot for arranging physical-world outcomes for people in the United States. This notice explains the information HLS handles when a person or an AI agent uses the HLS website, public MCP tools, payment path, email, or support channels.
Information HLS receives
A request may include:
- the desired physical outcome;
- a human contact email;
- recipient count and United States shipping information;
- budget, requested arrival date, branding or personalization instructions, gift or insert messages, artwork-reference URLs, and other fulfillment constraints;
- human payment-approval context;
- the opaque HLS request ID and request lifecycle, quote, payment, fulfillment, shipping, exception, and support records;
- internal operating evidence such as acquisition source, request category, supplier or fulfillment route, operator time, completion evidence, exceptions, failures, unmet needs, and capability demand; and
- limited technical and security information needed to operate, rate-limit, troubleshoot, and protect the service.
Do not submit card numbers, bank-account details, passwords, access tokens, government identification, unnecessary health information, or other secrets through the HLS request tool, email, artwork links, or free-text fields.
How HLS uses information
HLS uses the information to:
- review, clarify, source, quote, approve, fulfill, support, cancel, or decline a request;
- contact the human responsible for questions, quote review, payment approval, fulfillment, exceptions, and support;
- maintain the durable request and status lifecycle;
- prevent abuse, enforce the HLS safety boundary, troubleshoot the service, and protect HLS and its users;
- measure demand, operating effort, fulfillment performance, failures, and opportunities to improve HLS; and
- comply with applicable obligations and resolve disputes.
Customer Zero and other internal test activity are kept distinct from external-demand evidence.
Service providers and fulfillment partners
HLS may provide the minimum information reasonably needed to infrastructure, payment, communication, supplier, production, shipping, carrier, or professional-service providers that help operate or fulfill the request. A supplier or carrier may need recipient and shipping details after the human approves the quoted execution path. HLS may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, address fraud or abuse, protect safety or rights, or respond to a valid legal request.
The current hosted payment path uses Stripe test mode and does not accept an external live payment. Payment-card details are entered on the payment provider’s hosted page and are not submitted through the public HLS MCP tools or stored as HLS request fields.
Agent-visible and public information
The public status tool requires one exact opaque request ID. It returns only the bounded public lifecycle view needed to understand the current state and next action. It does not return the submitted contact email, shipping addresses, private constraints, private operator notes, private transition notes, provider credentials, or card data. Keep request IDs private because anyone who possesses an exact ID may be able to retrieve that bounded public status.
Retention and requests
HLS retains request, transaction, fulfillment, support, security, and operating-evidence records for as long as reasonably needed to operate and improve the pilot, maintain business records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. HLS does not currently offer an automated account or deletion portal. A person may contact support@humanslikestuff.com to request access, correction, or deletion; HLS will review the request and may retain information when reasonably necessary for the purposes above or when deletion is not technically or legally appropriate.
Security and data minimization
HLS uses bounded request fields, opaque high-entropy request IDs, rate limits, authenticated private operator routes, and a reduced public status projection. No internet service can promise absolute security. Submit only the information reasonably needed for the physical outcome.
Changes and contact
HLS may update this notice as the pilot, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at this URL.
